Reporting to Director of Development, Hong Kong, the incumbent will be responsible for the development and implementation of sustainable fundraising strategies for ORBIS Hong Kong which draw on the resources within the segments of Organizations team, with the goal of maximizing support for ORBIS's fundraising objectives. The segments include corporations, clubs, associations, foundations, religious groups and schools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to build awareness of ORBIS within and raise funds from corporations and other assigned segments.
  • Secure and sustain corporate giving including all planned fundraising activities related to cultivation, solicitation and stewardship of corporate partners and other assigned segments.
  • Research and identify potential sponsorship opportunities for planned activities and/or new initiatives.
  • Develop customized corporate packages and written proposals to targeted partners.
  • Plan, develop and coordinate various marketing materials for organizational donors.
  • Support other fundraising offices and participate in other ORBIS activities as requested.

Requirements:

  • University graduate preferably major in business administration, marketing, or related disciplines
  • At least five years' experience in marketing and corporate partnership
  • Dynamic, good interpersonal skills and good team player
  • Proactive, open-minded and self-motivated
  • Strategic, analytical, detail-oriented with good sense of market trends and challenges
  • Strong public speaking skills and high proficiency in English and Chinese writing skills
  • Ability to speak fluent Mandarin
