Every dollar you contribute to ORBIS helps to close that gap, and takes us one step closer to achieving our vision of a world in which avoidable blindness is eliminated.

In fiscal year 2011 (January 1 - December 31, 2011), your generosity enabled us to train 14,922 medical professionals, conducted 3,418,237 medical and optiocal treatments and performed 76,016 eye surgeries/ lasers. Your and our healing hands have now transformed the lives of some needlessly blind and their families worldwide.

ORBIS is continually working to find ways to cut costs and work more efficiently, so that the people we serve in the developing world can get the maximum benefit from the contributions that ORBIS receives.
