Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the Human Resources Officer will provide support on a wide spectrum of HR functions.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform daily activities on leave and benefits administration.

Maintain staff information on HR system and compile HR reports on a regular basis.

Perform the recruitment of permanent and temporary staff.

Assist in training and development activities.

Drive employee relations activities and assist in publication of internal newsletters.

Provide support on global HR initiatives.
-
Provide HR support to overseas offices as required.
REQUIREMENTS:

University degree in Human Resources, Communications or related discipline
-
At least one to two years’ solid experience in human resources administration

Proactive, flexible, detail oriented and well organized
-
Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills to work with all levels of staff

Good verbal and written English and Chinese, including knowledge of Mandarin
