Human Resources Officer (Ref. no.:HKHRO-O0313)

Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the Human Resources Officer will provide support on a wide spectrum of HR functions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform daily activities on leave and benefits administration.
  • Maintain staff information on HR system and compile HR reports on a regular basis.
  • Perform the recruitment of permanent and temporary staff.
  • Assist in training and development activities.
  • Drive employee relations activities and assist in publication of internal newsletters.
  • Provide support on global HR initiatives.
  • Provide HR support to overseas offices as required.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • University degree in Human Resources, Communications or related discipline
  • At least one to two years’ solid experience in human resources administration
  • Proactive, flexible, detail oriented and well organized
  • Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills to work with all levels of staff
  • Good verbal and written English and Chinese, including knowledge of Mandarin
